Own Your Shift teaches actions that lead to healthier behaviors, based on scientific principles, not mysticism. 

In each session, you’ll learn and practice evidence-based activities to harness your mind’s power in navigating rather than battling external stressors. 

The activities can be done virtually anywhere. 

Own Your Shift’s curriculum was designed to help you get used to practicing activities that enhance your life, whether you’re taking the course in the comfort of your home, while traveling on the road, or in your office. 

As the course progresses, you’ll learn how to leverage new behaviors in your daily life, so you can start creating healthy habits in place of unconscious, counterproductive behavior.

These techniques enhance the mind’s and body’s output. They make your efforts more effective, whatever your goals, whatever your process, in any part of your life.

Bunok has been studying yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices for 35 years, and has been teaching them for 17.

She has trained in various modalities, is an initiate in transcendental meditation, and has led thousands of courses for groups, individuals, and organizations. Her clients include LEAD Conference for Female Oncologists, Staples, iNDEMAND, Los Angeles Superior Court, Renton Academy, Los Angeles Unified School District, Film Acting School Cologne (Germany), and others.

She has hosted numerous retreats throughout the U.S. and Europe.
